Adil Khan is a Senior Director at FulcrumWay with over 15 years of experience in enterprise business systems. Adil also serves on the board of the Oracle Applications Users Group Internal Controls and Security Interest Group (OAUG-ICSSIG). At FulcrumWay, Adil has successfully designed and implemented internal controls management systems for more than 15 global companies listed on NYSE and NASDAQ. His expertise includes streamlining and automating Governance Risk and Compliance processes based on industry standards such as ERM-COSO and CoBIT. Prior to FulcrumWay, Adil served as a board member and Chief Executive Officer of ALTM - a public company listed on the NASDAQ.

Jay Roy is the Director of the Strategic Compliance Practice for FulcrumWay. Mr. Roy is a financial professional well versed in SEC regulations, financial audits and compliance and re-engineering initiatives. Mr. Roy started his career as an auditor at Deloitte and Touche, one of the Big Four Accounting Firms. Mr. Roy's industry experience ranges from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, spanning across many industries including energy, oil and gas, manufacturing, steel, automotive, high tech and restaurant/retail. Mr. Roy earned a BS in accounting from University of Windsor, Canada and an MBA from Wayne State University. Mr. Roy is licensed Certified Management Accountant from Toronto, Ontario. Mr. Roy is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Mr. Roy is a thought leader in the areas of Corporate Governance and a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance with experience in more than ten Sarbanes-Oxley projects including both the Accounting and IT General and Application Controls areas.  

John (JP) Nicholson - Direct of North America Channels and Alliances,  has over 22 years of Technology industry experience, including over 17 years within the Oracle Applications space with the last 6 focused exclusively on Oracle Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions John is a long-standing and active member of the Oracle Applications User Group community, and during his tenure he has conducted and participated in numerous events over the last 17 years. John Nicholson has held the position of Director of Channels and Alliances for Greenlight Technologies.

Prior to Greenlight John held the position of Director of Sales & Marketing for Appssurance a leading GRC & Risk Advisory services firm. Within John's tenure Appssurance became Oracle's leading partner for implementation services globally John was also the former Vice President of Marketing & Alliances for Solution Beacon LLC. He was assigned to spearhead efforts for Business Development and Marketing by developing strategic relationships with partners, and guiding the marketing group in campaigns, numerous road shows and events globally.

Prior to joining Solution Beacon John was employed as the Vice President of a regional based Oracle Applications Consulting practice in West Palm Beach FL. John then moved on to become the Director of Partnerships and Alliances and had full oversight of the Human Resources and Recruiting departments for a midsized Oracle Only. ASP headquartered in NJ.
John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Florida.

Chris Burt - Client Director, EMEA, has over 16 years of Big 4 experience in delivery of internal audit and risk consulting services to a significant number of FTSE100 and international clients. He has a broad skill set with particular expertise in GRC (governance, risk & compliance), internal audit, enterprise risk management, technology risk and project assurance.

He also has significant SOX, off-shoring / outsourcing and supplier (third party) risk experience.

Robert Enders - Client Director, Central USA, is an accomplished business systems professional who has spent over 30 years in the software industry helping public and private sector organizations improve business operations through technology solutions.

Having worked with Oracle applications and technology since 1988, Bob has led the development and delivery of business systems that have provided significant operational efficiencies which have transformed and impacted the effectiveness of numerous organizations. His extensive business systems development and consulting experience with Financial, Human Resources, Audit, Procurement, Forecasting, Risk Management, Supply Chain, and Planning functions has provided insights in using technology to improve business processes.

Mr. Enders is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. Mr. Enders resides in a southwest suburban Chicago with his wife and two children.

Jose Martinez - Client Director Latin America operations for Fulcrumway with over 20 years in IT Risk Management and project management (nationally/internationally) with a focus on GRC compliance frameworks/architecture, system integration & implementation of Oracle and SAP GRC applications, risk management best practices, and Business Intelligence (BI)/dashboard/scorecard/metrics to proactively manage risk, extensive vendor management, e-commerce (B2B, B2C, Portal technology) and Business Recovery/DRP Client industries include: financial, International Banking, High Technology, Health Care, Airline, Utilities, Retail, Supply Chain/Retail, and Manufacturing and Government. His international focus has been in Latin America providing risk management and compliance consulting.
