Marketing Associate

Manage all e-marketing activities to drive potential clients to FulcrumWay web sites and applications through web casts, event registration, SEO promotions and demo registrations.

Responsibilities:
Website


  • Take a leadership role in developing the plan for online presence.
  • Manage relationship with third-party web vendor, and manage periodic website maintenance (review, edit and publish finalized Web materials from other team members. Usage knowledge of Joomla is a plus)
  • Identify opportunities and provides recommendations to improve our websites, community outreach and other online presence efforts
  • Innovate and execute on new opportunities to utilize web technology to foster awareness, drive marketing, promote products


SEO/SEM

  • Manage overall paid search suppliers.
  • Continually leverage new tools and industry best practices to ensure peak performance
  • Manage account structure, keyword expansion, ad copy analysis, etc
  • Conduct keyword research to produce optimal click through rates.
  • Compile monthly marketing analysis of search engine marketing
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates
  • Keyword analysis, conversion % analysis, non-converting spend reporting, search query reports, etc

 

 

Webinar Production

  • Help facilitate the creative development of Webinar marketing messages
  • Manage subscriber lists and social networking groups

 

 

Lead-Generation/Campaigns

  • Work with the Business Development team to help strategize, plan, implement, and measure lead generation initiatives

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Online Marketing (such as lead generation campaigns, website management, etc.)
  • Experienced in web design, usability and development;
  • Proficient with SEO/SEM reporting and analytical tools
  • Working knowledge with GoToWebinar, Salesforce,  Constant Contacts or similar products, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sharp eye for design, incorporating creativity into development of web content and impact
  • Must be proactive, flexible, collaborative, self-directed, and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, with strong project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent online content writing and editing skills required
  • Must possess well developed presentation and interpersonal communication skills in order to articulate concepts/projects in development in meetings and daily interaction with staff
  • 2+ years professional experience creating, marketing and managing web sites
